A: To make a good quotation should be sure by the following things:1.2D drawings /3D model data files or actual samples.2. The quantity of products you are going to make. |
Q4: How much time do you need to quote?
A: Usually a quotation for a product is sent within 2 working days after we receive enquiry with all the necessary details. |
Q5: What programs can you accept from our company?
A: Most CAD based programs, e.g. DWG, DXF,.PDF, IGES, Pro/E, Master Cam and most commonly used formats. |
Q6: How long does it take to have products?
A: 1) Sample order-immediately against carrier charges arrival if you pre-pay express freight. You can use your DHL/TNT/Fedex service number to make freight collect at the destination, then once sample order is confirmed we will arrange to delivery you samples. 2) Bulk order-normally it takes 25-30 days. The exact time should according to your order quantity. |

Q9: Do you design the products?
A: Product designs and drawings are normally provided by the customer. But we can also support you engineeringly based on your ideas or actual samples if you need. |
Q10: Can I stamp my own Logo to the products ?
Usually we just stamp regular Logo as we have, of course, customer’s Logo is also welcomed but tooling charges is required. |

A: We're capable of working machining projects with a complex array of components and materials - from plastics to Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Bronze and Zinc Alloy,etc. |
Q12: Can you supply completed parts?
A: Yes, when extra details such as plating, anodizing, powder coating etc are required we co-ordinate with our existing sub contractors who specialize in their given field. We can therefore offer a one stop shop with only one account. |
